Beyond the Screen

Programs, indicators, results.

Selected monitoring, evaluation & project development work — the systems thinking behind the interfaces.

Program Design — Theory of Change

Program Design · ToC · Stakeholder Mapping

Placeholder: designed the results framework and theory of change for a multi-year program — mapping activities to outputs, outcomes, and impact, with assumptions made explicit and testable.

Result: Placeholder — e.g. framework adopted across 4 country teams; baseline-to-endline outcome targets met or exceeded.

Indicators & KPI Dashboard

MEL · Indicators · Data Visualization

Placeholder: built the indicator framework and a live KPI dashboard so the team could see progress against the logframe in real time — turning quarterly reports into a daily habit.

Result: Placeholder — e.g. reporting time cut by 70%; data-driven course corrections each quarter.

About / Approach

I design like an evaluator: every interface is a hypothesis.

Placeholder: I’m a UI designer and developer who cares about the craft of interfaces — type, rhythm, motion — and about whether they actually work once they’re in people’s hands.

Placeholder: years spent designing programs and measuring their results taught me to treat every design decision as a claim to be tested. Indicators, baselines, and feedback loops aren’t paperwork to me; they’re how good products stay good.

Placeholder: that combination — visual craft plus evaluative discipline — is what I bring to teams: interfaces that are beautiful, built well, and accountable to outcomes.
